Graduate of The Peddie School, class of ‘69 and The University of Maryland, class of ‘73
Began insurance career as a part time employee of The Norwood Agency, Inc. in 1975 and became manager and a full time employee in 1976 after a brief career in the Thoroughbred Racing industry.
Under Frank’s direction Norwood Agency has more than quadrupled in size while maintaining strong customer and carrier relationships. He continually invests in the newest technology and best business practices to assure a quality product is delivered to his customers, many of whom have been with the agency for decades.
Frank has volunteered his time over the years to many charitable and civic organizations including, but not limited to, the following:
- Long Branch Chamber of Commerce (as President in 1984)
- Long Branch Housing Authority
- Long Branch Sewerage Authority (as Chairman since 2004)
- Long Branch Rotary Club
- The Peddie School Alumni Board
- Jersey Shore Medical Center Board of Governors.
Frank’s interests and hobbies include golf, travel, family and collecting stamps and baseball cards.

Christopher Labrecque, Vice President, Agency Operations
Chris has been with The Norwood Agency since 1992 and is currently the VP of Operations. He also continues to work with customers in both benefits and property and casualty. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1997 and serves on the Monmouth Ocean Health Underwriters Association Board of Trustees. He has served on broker advisory councils for Selective HR Solutions and First Option Health Plans.
Active in the community, he is Chairman of the Kilgour Foundation, Chair Emeritus of Ronald McDonald House of Central Jersey, Trustee for The Children’s Hospital of Monmouth Medical Center and a Trustee on the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Central Jersey.
Chris resides in Oceanport with his wife and two children where he coaches wrestling and enjoys developing the agency sponsored cycling team.
Denice English, Vice-President Marketing/Administration
Denice English has been with The Norwood Agency since 1999. She has 30 years experience in the commercial insurance field, specializing in construction. In 2009, she received the designation of Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist. A native of New Jersey, her previous employment included working at agencies in California and Virginia giving her national experience. Denice resides in Brick with her husband Ray and their German Shephard, Gunner. She enjoys cooking, running and traveling.
Thomas D. Fish, CIC, AAI, Account Executive
Tom started his insurance career in 1987 with The Norwood Agency. He attained the Accredited Advisor in Insurance Designation (AAI) in 1991 and Certified Insurance Counselor Designation (CIC) in 2000. He remains very active in continuing education
Tom has concentrated on the needs of businesses with an emphasis on the Insurance and Performance Bond needs of the Construction Industry.
Tom is a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment in Long Branch, Past President of the Tinton Falls Rotary Club and is on the Board of Directors of the Long Branch Chamber of Commerce.
Married with three children, Tom has been very active as a Coach in Little League Baseball and is an Assistant Scout Master with BSA Troop 65.
In his spare time Tom plays guitar and has played with many area musicians over the last 25 years.
Thomas Caruso, Account Executive
Tom Caruso is one of the Norwood Agency's top Commercial Lines agents. His dedication to the industry together with his genuine care and concern for his clients, has allowed him to build his clientele through referrals.
Tom serves on the board of the Shore Business Group in Eatontown. He is an active member of both the Toms River and Eastern Monmouth Chambers of Commerce. He serves with his wife as a youth leader for the young people of Monmouth Worship Center in Marlboro and believes strongly in training young people to be future ethical leaders in society.
Susan Cook, Commercial Lines Manager
Susan Cook has been with The Norwood Agency since 1978 and has more than 30 years of commercial lines experience. In April 2009 she received the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation. Susan was born and raised in Oakhurst, New Jersey and now resides in Toms River, New Jersey and is the proud mother of her dachshund puppy Wally. She loves reading, biking and gardening.
Janet Marrotta, CRM, CIC, AAI
Janet Marrotta has over 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. Her background includes experience in management, marketing, underwriting, servicing, claims and accounting. She has been with The Norwood Agency since May of 2008. Janet earned her designation as Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) in 2009, Certified Risk Manger (CRM) in 2008, Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 1997 and Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) in 1989. She was born and raised in Long Branch, NJ and currently resides in West Long Branch with her daughter. She enjoys reading, cooking and quality time with her family.
Patricia Moschella, Director of Personal Lines Deptartment
Trish has been with The Norwood Agency since 2006 she has 21 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, she loves to snowmobile, cook and travel.
Kathleen Vloyanetes, Senior Account Executive, Personal Lines
Kathy has been with The Norwood Agency since 1968 and is currently a personal lines customer service representative. She is licensed in both property & casualty and life & health. She provides professional consultation and excellent service to the clients of the agency. Kathy is married with two children and two grandchildren and loves to travel.
Erica Scherr, Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Erica Scherr has six year experience in the insurance industry, and has been with the Norwood Agency for the last two. She is currently completing her CISR designation. She resides in Neptune with her fiancée and 2 dogs. She enjoys going to the beach and is an avid gardener.
Doreen Agee, Bookkeeping
Doreen Agee has worked for The Norwood Agency since 1998 in the accounting department. She obtained my property & casualty license in 1992 in both personal and commercial lines. In 2006 Doreen received her Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She is married, with three grown children, one daughter-in-law and a beautiful grand daughter. She loves the summertime and going to the beach.
JoAnne Tubito, Employee Benefits Manager
JoAnne has been in the Group Benefits business for over 12 years and maintains New Jersey Health, Life, Property and Casualty licenses. She provides considerable knowledge and experience to our Employee Benefits department specializing in Insurance Information Technology. She is responsible for the organization and design of proposal presentations, project coordination and management of our client’s employee benefit programs. JoAnne is primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships through outstanding service and communication with our existing clients. Prior to working in the insurance industry JoAnne was employed in the entertainment industry as a professional musician who completed tours throughout the United States and Canada. She has an Associates degree in Communications and also holds IT certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and A+ Computer Technician.
